饶师泉，出生于中国广东省大埔县茶阳镇洋陶村。1937年，由于中日战事迫近宁波，
学校停课而离职，并南渡到马来半岛吉隆坡。在那里赠医施药，培育中医专才，将他
毕生累积的经验与学识贡献于社会及发扬中医药的事业上。
Ngeow Sze Chan was born in Yangtao Village, Chayang Town, Dapu County, Guangdong
Province, China. In year of 1937, Ngeow Sze Chan was resigned as the class was suspended
due to the Sino-Japanese War was approaching Ningbo. He was then travelled to
Kuala Lumpur, to provide affordable Chinese medicine treatment for underprivileged,
cultivates qualified Chinese medicine practitioners. He was selflessly devoted his time in
the development of Chinese medicine and contribute his knowledge and experience to the
society.
